Rankings are informational and provided for transparency and discovery purposes only.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Mediar charts.

By using the platform, you confirm that:

• Any information you provide is accurate and truthful

3. Accounts & Registration

When creating an account, you agree to:

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Mediar charts stores account credentials in hashed and encrypted form and does not have access to plain-text passwords.

Payment for these features:

• Does not influence rankings, CPI, or chart placement
• Does not guarantee visibility, partnerships, or outcomes
• Applies only to verification and related profile services

Verification indicates that a creator's identity or account has been reviewed according to Mediar charts' verification standards. Verification is not an endorsement and does not imply superior performance or ranking.

Mediar charts reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or revoke verification at its discretion, including in cases of misuse, misrepresentation, or policy violations.

Fees paid for verification are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.

5. Creator Data & Rankings

a. Data Sources

Mediar charts uses publicly available information from supported platforms to generate rankings and insights.

We do not access private accounts, passwords, or non-public analytics.

b. Rankings Integrity

• Rankings are generated algorithmically
• Rankings cannot be purchased, manipulated, or manually altered
• Inclusion on Mediar charts does not imply endorsement

Mediar charts reserves the right to update, modify, or remove rankings as part of normal platform operations.

Paid features, including verification, have no impact on rankings or CPI scores.

c. No Guarantee

Rankings and insights are provided "as is" and may change over time. Mediar charts does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or outcomes based on ranking position.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to manipulate rankings or CPI
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or copy platform data without permission
• Use Mediar charts for unlawful or misleading purposes
• Impersonate others or submit false information
• Interfere with platform security or performance

Mediar charts reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Mediar charts, including but not limited to:

• Rankings
• CPI scores
• Charts
• Visual designs
• Logos and branding
• Text and data presentation

is owned by or licensed to Mediar charts and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit Mediar charts content without prior written consent.

8. Third-Party Links & Platforms

Mediar charts may link to or reference third-party platforms. We are not responsible for:

• Third-party content
• Third-party services or policies
• Actions taken on external platforms

Use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.
